• In this website it is possible to purchase products from our online catalog, with which the following terms and conditions must be respected:
• To be able to place an order you must be at least 18 years old.
• When you place your order, it is understood that you accept the terms and conditions expressed in this section. We may, at our discretion and for well-defined reasons, accept or not process the order.
• If we process your order, we will notify you the purchase to the e-mail that you have provided.
• Although we will do everything possible to supply you with the products requested in your order, there may be times when, due to technical or referential causes, it is impossible for us to supply such products. In this case we will contact you to inform you and suggest alternative products of the same price. If you do not accept it we will refund the money, being this our maximum responsibility towards this situation.
• The information contained in our advertising, brochures, other written material on our website or that has been provided to you by our employees or commercials constitutes an invitation to make a deal. In no case does such information constitute an offer to supply any product on our part.
• We will supply the products indicated in the confirmation of your order, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The price of the products will be that indicated in your invoice.
• The shipping costs, if applicable and we inform you of this, are at your own expense, as indicated on your invoice.
• You can pay for your products with Visa, Master Card or American Express credit card. Also by bank transfer.
• The total price of the invoice will be charged in EUROS.
• When making the payment, we will not close the transaction nor will we supply the products you have ordered, until the issuer of your credit card has authorized the use of the same for the payment of the products that you have requested. If we do not receive this authorization, we will let you know.
• We will send the invoice and the products to the billing address specified when completing the order processing form.
• The ownership and risk of loss of your products will be transferred to you when the products are delivered to you.
• All the products we offer in stock have gone through strict quality controls. Each product has the information and images necessary to avoid generating any doubts about the model, dimensions, colors and graphics that configure it. As it is a reused material, sometimes imperfections appear on the graph. They are proof that some of the materials we use, before being in Vaho, have been used for a time in some city in the world.
• You have 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order to return it. You must contact us by email: info@vaho.es, within this deadline and send us back your order. In this case, you must assume the costs of sending the return. Once the checks have been carried out by the responsible personnel of Vaho, the refund will be made through the credit to the associated account that you have in your credit card.
• The guarantee of return and payment does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse or neglect, abnormal physical load or any manipulation made to the product.
• In the event that during the analysis of the returned product we discover that the product is excluded from the described warranty rules, we may ask you to assume the costs of returning your product.
• This warranty and any clarification expressed in this section is additional and does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
• Nothing in this section limits or excludes our liability for infringement of any kind.
• These terms and conditions detail our obligations and responsibilities to the full extent with respect to the supply of the products and the fulfillment of the assistance services to the realization of the Services.
• You must undertake to comply with all Export Laws. You agree not to export any product to any country contrary to any Export Law, and not to export any product to any country for which an export license or other governmental approval is required, without having previously obtained all necessary licenses or approvals.
