Orders made between 8.30 and 5.30pm are trolled in the following 24 / 48h upon receipt of payment except for fines of the week and local or national holidays.
Delivery will take place in 2 to 5 business days. The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the package.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders can be canceled within 2 days of receipt, as long as the goods are returned in their original condition. If your order has already been sent, you must send us the items purchased in the same state in which they were sent, running with the shipping costs generated. A INFO@VAHO.ES with your order number and the reason for requesting the refund. We will refund you as soon as possible within the first 15 days upon receipt of the article, prior review thereof.

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, make sure that you send the package using any safe and traceable method and handle the proof of receipt of the shipment. Please make sure your package is secured and prepaid.
• The products will be returned with the packaging bag of the original product otherwise they will not be accepted
• All returns (including product packaging).
• Product bags should not be used as packaging for shipping.
• Send by e-mail once the return has been processed.
• The refund will be credited to the same card account, paypal or bank account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
• Please note that refunds for goods purchased as gifts can only be refunded to the order holder (the original of the debtor).
• If you have any problems please keep your order for your reference and quote your order number in all correspondence.
• Failure to comply with these conditions is a product that the product is returned to you without refund.
• In the unlikely event of a fraudulent transaction, it is returned once an investigation has been carried out.

CHANGES POLICY

If the new product is cheaper than the original product, the difference should be spent on another product, but there will be no return unless the original sea defective.
